For critical incidents we engage immediately and notify your internal IT person at the next reasonable hour with full documentation. Your internal person sleeps; the business stays running.
Can we keep our existing helpdesk ticketing system or do you require yours?
Either way works. Many co-managed clients keep their existing ticketing system (we add our engineers as users); some prefer to migrate to ours; some run both with bidirectional sync. We don't force a tool change just to be on our preferred stack. The integration matters more than the brand.
