What is IT procurement?
Do you only sell hardware, or do you handle software and SaaS too?
Both. We procure hardware (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Datto), software licensing (Microsoft 365, Adobe, Autodesk, line-of-business platforms), and SaaS subscriptions. The goal is one accountable partner across the full stack.
Will you work with our existing vendors, or do we have to switch?
We work with your existing vendors wherever it makes sense. If we can renegotiate better terms with your current supplier, we will. If a switch saves you meaningful money or fixes a service issue, we make that recommendation transparently.
How does your pricing work — do you mark up the hardware?
We're transparent about our model. For most clients we charge a flat monthly procurement management fee, or we pass through reseller pricing with a small handling margin. You see the underlying invoice. No backdoor markups.
Can you help us standardize equipment across multiple offices?
Yes — this is one of the highest-impact procurement projects we run. We build a hardware standards document, set up a per-role spec sheet (e.g., "office user laptop," "field tablet," "executive workstation"), and source from a consistent vendor lineup so support and warranties are uniform.
Do you handle equipment disposal and data sanitization?
Yes. We coordinate certified data destruction (DOD 5220.22-M / NIST 800-88) for retiring drives, and we manage e-waste recycling and trade-in programs that often recover a portion of the original cost.
