She holds 12 industry certifications and partnerships and is the co-author of the publication "The Secret To Hassle-Free Computer Support Or How I Learned to Stop Worrying And Love My Computer!"
Michele has been named 10 times to the Women of the Channel, an elite group of influential women in IT. She is also a member of WBENC, the Women's Business Enterprise National Council.
Michele graduated from the University of New Orleans with a BS in mechanical engineering.
